Were the outdated
union not of some very
high value to England and
the English, why would
they fight so to try to
keep it?

have more, another must

"Loyalists" - to whom are
you loyal?
Scots royalty died in the
1700's so it can be no
Scots crown - And
certainly not it appears to
those who came before,
that bled for Scotland
and her freedom !

Enters Edinburgh












On the 21st September 2007 an historic event took
place. Bonnie Prince Charlie and his army re- enters
Holyrood Palace to celebrate the famous 1745 Battle of
Prestonpans.

1745        Sep 21, A Scottish Jacobite army commanded
by Lord George Murray routed the Royalist army of
General Sir John Cope at Prestonpans. At the Battle at
Preston Pans Bonnie Prince Charles beat the English
army.


1745        Sep 22, Bonnie Prince Charlie's army
returned to Edinburgh.


1745        Sep 28, Bonnie Prince Charlie became "king"
of Scots.
